what is the cost of shipping?

Shipping is FREE for any purchase of $20 or more. 

how are items shipped?

All items are shipped priority mail via the United States Postal Service. 

how long will it take for me to receive my items?

Within the Southeast you should receive your items anywhere from 3-5 days depending on your proximity to our warehouse in L.A. (Lower Alabama) Feel free to email or call us for a more accurate idea if you're in a fashion time crunch & we can do our best to expedite! how long do I have to decide if an item works for me?

All mailed purchases can be returned for a full refund, but must be postmarked within 14 days of confirmed receipt of your purchase. All instore purchases can be returned within 10 days for instore credit only. All bralettes, underwear, and bathing suits are FINAL SALE. All items must have tags attached, be in new condition (no stains & unworn/unwashed) with the original sales slip/invoice for the item and all original packaging materials (i.e. shoes in original, undamaged box, etc.) enclosed. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes markdowns and all orders using a discount code at checkout, intimates and headwear. If items arrive past 14 days past confirmed receipt of or sale items are returned, you'll be asked to pay $5.50 return shipping to send your package back to you. We reserve the right to deny a return if it fails to meet the above criteria. 

where do I exchange if I picked up an order in-store?

Return your order with the same specifications as above (tags attached, clean, unworn, etc.) back to the store & we'll issue a refund or create an online or in-store credit that we'll issue out to you via email or process on the spot to use on your next purchase, be it in-store or online. Returns done via mail can take anywhere from 7-10 days to receive and fully process (your refund to reflect on your account).

can sale items, clearance items, or items purchased with a discount code be returned?

No, all sale and clearance items are final sale. If any marked down items or items from an order using a discount code at checkout are returned to A Little Bird Boutique then you will be asked to pay $5.50 for shipping so we can return the package back to you. 

can I get a full refund?

YES! As long as your package is postmarked for return within 14 days of confirmed receipt on your end, we can refund you for the full amount of your order. (ONLINE ORDERS)

what if there’s a problem with my item?

A Little Bird Boutique has the right to deny returns if items have been worn, stained, torn, etc. If the item is a legitimate defect that passed our quality check or the item was damaged in transit, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis by calling us at the store: (251)275-3776.

do you offer gift wrap?

We wrap in kraft gift bags and gift boxes. Our standard ribbon is a robin's egg blue. For Christmas gifts we have red, green, and kraft colored ribbon. Always FREE at A Little Bird Boutique on purchases over $8.

do you ship internationally?

Yes! for $20 we ship international orders.
